When we purchased the building it housed 2 small shops and storage on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Built in 1871, this building has had a long, colorful past. Many, many years ago the building was home to a hotel and saloon, as the story goes a blacksmith and tailor were involved in an altercation where the tailor shot the blacksmith and he died on the billiards table.
